3. Nature of the published information
Information about services, systems, rates, and availability is provided for general information purposes. Exact conditions are confirmed by a company representative before a reservation, purchase, or contract.

Applicable rates are displayed at the parking facility, on the website, or communicated before the service begins. The final price may depend on the parking duration, subscription type, and additional services.
Payment may be made using the methods provided by the company, including the automated terminal. The customer must verify the amount before confirming payment and retain the payment receipt.
8. Subscriptions and long-term parking
The validity period, access hours, rate, and other subscription conditions are confirmed when the subscription is purchased.

9. Automated parking systems
The design, supply, installation, and maintenance of automated parking systems are governed by an individual offer and contract.
The customer must provide accurate information about the site, construction, vehicles, and technical requirements. Completion times may depend on equipment availability, technical conditions, and required authorisations.
10. Warranty and maintenance
Warranty and maintenance conditions are specified in the equipment documentation or contract. The warranty may not cover improper use, unauthorised intervention, accidents, or failure to follow technical instructions.
11. Video surveillance and security
The parking facility may use video surveillance and access-control systems to protect individuals, vehicles, and property. These measures reduce risks but cannot guarantee the complete prevention of every incident.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for damage caused by failure to follow instructions, inaccurate information provided by the customer, defects in the customer’s vehicle, or events outside the company’s reasonable control.
Any incident must be reported immediately to company staff so that it can be recorded and investigated.
